    Nah wasn't McMillan, McMillan are legends. It was St Arbor Customs. September 2022 I placed my order. Now they won't even email me back. Not much to be done though as I'm in Australia. I took a chance and came up short.

    Oh man, there's no beating that classic dark grey/olive drab look. I tried getting that stock made as a replacement for mine but the company said they could do it, took my money, and dropped off the face of the earth. That was 3 years ago. Bummed because I got robbed but also it looks so cool.

    Maybe TP just got a dud? off topic, but i heard rumours YEARS ago that a short action of the M200 was being made. Same design just smaller to accomodate 308 class cartridges.... i'm guessing that never happened or was straight up rumour?

    Yeah that's what i'm thinking. What they consider "max range" is another one, but baffles are common around where i'm at. We are trying to find the right land and fallout zone to avoid them because if you get baffled then you're locked to shooting off a bench or prone and it makes things hard...

    The Savage gets grief, but they are perfectly serviceable. I think it's just the tinny little parts that put people off, but i've never seen one that didn't shoot. A bloke a used to shoot with had the model in the Bell and Carlson stock and he was right up there next to the big boys with scores...

    I PERSONALLY don't think grendel has legs. I think with the 22 and 6mm ARC coming out we'll see those take favour over the Grendel. That's not to say the grendel won't be here in 10 years or so, just that the newer carts in that class are probably going to be more popular given their direct...
