    Good point. My thinking was if war ends , as in the A option that Stanley had in his post question/option that war ends it would be a ceasefire/ war ends with everyones territory stays the same, not Russia ending war by taking over Uke, then Z would want money for rebuilding. If war ends...

    If A as the option in your post I don't believe American dollars will stop going there. Z will then want American dollars to rebuild the Ukraine and IMO he and others in his country will continue to siphon off funds for their own personal gain.
