I've shot PRS/tactical matches in NorCal out in the middle of nowhere in 120-degree heat and you have to carry all your gear and ammo from stage to stage. dripping sweat. Still got it done. Reflex RDS of some sort. I can make out a solar panel that is inside the housing (not on top of the sun shield), so we can narrow it down a little at least. My best guess based on size and location of solar panel is the Holosun HS510C.- FourT6and2

They literally said the team positioned in the other building, on the other side of that window you're talking about, saw Crooks and they are the ones who took the cell-phone photo of him earlier in the day.
