    I will let you know if 2500 fps with a 215 Berger is safely doable in a 24" barrel seated around 2.95 with Lapua brass, as I am doing something very similar to this in a few months. Just waiting on the 9 twist barrel to show up.

    Sorting Brass By Neck Thickness

    I do sort cases by weight for anything out to 600 and beyond if I'm looking at group sizes. I don't have the patience to sort by actual volume.

    Neck tension and brass thickness are related so that's why I'm inquiring. I can tell the difference when I mandrel brass to set tension that some of them do not feel the same.
