    I drink at least one gallon of water every day. Sometimes less, sometimes more, but the goal is a gallon.

    I aim for fruits and veggies when I’m munching. Sometimes yogurt and granola or cottage cheese. Occasionally I go for the sweets, but that’s maybe two or three x a week.

    Put the 5-25 ATACR from the hunting rifle on the 308 and call it a day. Change back and sight in for hunting season, then revert. Save a lot of $$$ that way
