    Night Vision best way to mount PVS14 behind day scope

    19dsniper. That's weird, When I tried to mount mine behind the scope I could not get it to focus. I have PVS-26's and other front mounted scopes at work and they do just fine.

    Suppressed rifle lube / cleaning

    30wt synthetic motor oil. I have used this oil on my LWRC with a Dead Air can for the last two years and it just works. I use the normal bore cleaner.

    Using a 1-6 Vortex Razor I mounted my 14 in front of the scope. Much better resolution and no strain on my neck from having everything mounted to far to the rear. I just used a cheap GI PVS-14 mount. I can go to about 3x before the focus goes out.

    I just received a 60MOA rail from Long Range Only. Hopefully going to get it to 600yds this Saturday. I was able to hit the 500yd plate but it took all of the elevation + holding on line 25 in my Vortex Razor 4.5x27

    Has anyone reviewed the new Tubb rifle?

    I have used Bartlein for several years, but any top barrel maker will do. The lead time for Bartlein is about 5-6mo. but you can find most companies have them in stock. Butch's reloading has a good supply last time I looked. I prefer the Heavy Palma taper for the DTR it balances well. Mike

    Yep got that figured out. Its not even related to the X, But on my phone my kestrel is not even listed when I go to connect to the Kestrel App.

    Ok I received my X and I figured out how to connect to the Kestrel but when I want to connect to my phone app, the kestrel does not show up on my phone. I can connect to the X app but not the kestrel app on my iPhone. Anyone else have this happen ?

    Range Report Hornady 147's coming apart...

    I have shot these in my 6.5 Creed up to 2840 or so and I have not had any problems. I use a 1-7.5 twist Bartlein 5r barrel 26in long.

    I finally installed the 6.5x47L barrel last week and loaded up a few test rds. and used some from a previous rifle that worked well. Using H4350 (40.1gr to 41.8gr.)with my 142gr. I also tried a few using Varget 37.0 to 37.7gr. The 37.5gr was literally just one small impact mark on the steel...

    Vudoo Gun Works V-22 Rimfire Bolt Action

    I had 0.115 for a BC so I was way off. But I just had to watch dirt impacts and corrected from there. I have the 20MOA rail and will need to get a 30 soon. Love this .22 ! My Anschutz found a new home today. Going to miss that rifle. I made NRA Master with that gun in 6-7 months.
