    Yes- I've heard that both triggers are good- sounds close enough so I could get the CTR and not miss out on anything.

    I work graveyard, so I gotta try to sleep now. I'll check this out tomorrow. Looks like I've struck gold here. Wish I hadn't just bought a Ruger Hawkeye 6.5 CM Long Range Target before I got involved with this Tikka idea. I'll have fun with it and sell it if I want.

    Don't know why, but I shoot rifles LH- and pistols RH. All rifles I have owned have been RH actions- and ambidextrous stocks. Actually didn't realize I was shooting rifles backwards till several years ago. So yeah- table is set up for LH shooter. Will probably get a LH stock at some point...

    I'm thinking of getting Tikka T3X TACT A1 6.5 CM. Many claim this is exceptionally accurate rifle. But, I think I would really prefer that set up in a GRS and/or KRG stock. So I would be paying extra for a "chassis" style stock that I would be putting in the closet. I can get a Tikka CTR 6.5...

    The CTR would be RH- and the KRG is ambidextrous I think. According to my reading of ordering options on GRS site (see attachment), a LH GRS laminate stock would be available in their Hunter, Hybrid, and Sporter models for a normal T3/T3X barreled action.     So you got all the hardware you needed- plastic piece, rear screw adapter, correct screws, instructions? If so, might be worth trying.
