    I’ve run nothing but 210M. No issues, pierced primers, slam fires, none of that. I think your loads are hot for your gun. A 168gr going over 2600fps out of an 18” bbl makes me think that. The cratering reinforces the case. 168fgmm was in the 2470 fps range for my 16” bbl.

    Pick a charge weight that yields your desired mv and then tune seating depth for accuracy. Your ladder test is done so you already have a charge weight figured out. Load 5rd batches in varying seating depth increments and shoot groups. Pick the best groups and confirm with a second batch.

    Everything mounted on my rifle has qd throw levers. That being said, I have yet to hunt somewhere a prone shot was feasible.

    I dropped an aimpoint onto concrete once, landed directly on the switch. Shrugged it off like nothing happened. Also left the same unit switched on for 4 years, pulled it out the case and it was still lit up. Works for me.

    Touring my house under construction trying to figure out why its made out of mulch and why there are holes in my walls. I counted like half a dozen.
