    don't have one that short that I've tested with, but quick load seems to guess 2500 is possible, but at 100% of max pressure. I think in a real gun, at sane pressures 2600 is going to be hard to get to safely.

    yes. like it lots. The design is a bit older, and its a touch less ergonomic than current designs, and has no adjustability. So it either fits your paw, or doesn't. If you want some adjustability, and a little better ergos take a look at the HK45. You give up 2 rounds 12 vs 10 in the mag.
