    AR10s are no harder to build nor more problematic than AR15s as long as you match your parts appropriately ... many don't ... some mismatch certain parts etc etc ... Main thing ... match the receivers and guts with the same manufacturer ... get a great barrel ... install an adjustable gas block...

    But you see. Vortex pads their profit margins more to cover that warranty (not that there is anything wrong with that but it needs to be known). Again. For me, Bushnell CS has always delivered, but I only run the elite tactical line.

    They used to have a great self service RMA portal ... but they have taken that out and now you have to call ... when the prompt tells you to leave your contact info for them to call you back ... do it ... sadly they are running short on CS reps ... I always received a call back the same day ...

    Recently I had an issue with a Weaver Tactical optic … created a ticket on Monday. Got a FedEx label from them the same day. Sent it off. Optic arrived Tuesday … received the email that it has been evaluated on Thursday and replacement unit was sent out and received today (Saturday). BRAVO...

    Using the SH4 Gen 2 4-16 from 4-13x is a dream...it gets a little unforgiving passed 14x...but usually I just leave it at 10-12x....for what it is worth...it behaves exactly the same way as my M5XI 3-15....great up to 12x...passed that it kind of was lackluster...

    Yup. Nailed it. I think the G4P is solid though. It’s a reticle that gives you nice uncluttered reticle… Sadly I didn’t have a DMR type platform anymore and sold my last DMR3… :(
