    I’ve got a pair of the 10x42 UHDs. Definitely a step up from my previous Viper HDs. Compared some to my friends NL pures and I felt the UHD was a little behind, but not by much. I picked the UHDs up new in box for $1100, so I’m definitely happy with them.

    Specs state 35 mK for the V1 TS50 640. I bought a Pulsar Telos monocular about a month ago and it is < 18 mK. It’s an awesome scanner and waaaaayyyy better than the cheap burris I originally had.

    HVAC tape - it's cheap and won't produce the "thermal bloom" you'll get with handwarmers on a target. Tilt the target back about 15 degrees and you'll see very well with your thermal to zero.

    Thanks for posting those! That really puts the scope out there.... I can see the appeal of using a clip on for multiple rifles, but as you've stated, multiple mounts can add up. I'm definitely still considering the regular Neith for a possible back up rifle/loaner for friends.

    I’m a huge fan of my Tikka CTR 223 but the short throat makes it difficult to load anything heavier than the 69 SMK without impeding on case capacity. Entertaining the idea of having the throat extended a bit since I have a pile of 77 TMKs I’d like to use up.

    95 SMK and H4350. Shot 36.1 - 37.0 gr and had good accuracy with 4 shots in each group. 37 gr had an average of 2960 FPS out of my 22” barrel.

    Toss a day scope on it until you have a load worked up for it. Then swap the thermal on and zero.

    Forgot about this thread until it popped up again. Deep South did a great job chambering my Bartlein. Shoots very well and currently using it for thermal hunts. Hornady factory 108 match ammo is clocking just shy of 2800 out of my 18” barrel.
