    I have a Superlative arms adjustable gb, locks back on empty and ejects at 3:30. This with the 150 fmjs which are probably the lightest bullet I'm gonna shoot. I may still fine tune further but I have a 20" Krieger on the way so holding off for now until I swap that in.

    I'm relatively new to 308 gas guns, how am I doing with a 150 fmj doing 2760 out of an 18"? 42.8gr of AR Comp, Fed brass.

    Anyone use Sringco orange buffer spring? I have a 18" rifle gas with adjustable gas block, seems like the bolt struggles to get into battery with the spring I have. I think it was a AR Stoner spring labeled for dmps pattern 308. I have a regular carbine tube and small 308 buffer.

    75 elds going near 3000 fps own everything inside 800y and can shoot much farther but impact becomes an issue unless using flashers or a good spotter. I was doing 24.5 gr of XBR, loaded long in a much longer throat than wylde. Winchester brass gave up after a few firings though. If I were to...

    I would forget the 88 in the 223 unless chambering the barrel specifically for it with at least a 26"+ barrel. I have been down this road myself. Unless you are shooting them strictly for energy on target (not sure how they react on meat though). The 75 and 80gr eld match or outperform the 88...

    I'd go for a clamp and call it good. I like clamps more than arca or pic rail for most situations.
