    The only way you can ship this brass is to deprime it. UPS FedEX DHL will not touch it even at their factory stores/hub. You have to use a 3rd party approved shipper the same reason we can't ship powder or primers.

    Hope this info might help. I have never seen or heard of anyone using the BR-4. CCI does not advise it either as the BR is not a magnum primer like the 450.
