    There is no reason that after the shank we couldn't copy a #3 or #4 contour forward. The majority of the weight is in the shank.

    The 458 Socom uses a 308 bolt. So that is not an issue. We played with it and feeding was problematic. The extreme rebated rim wasn't friendly in this system. The 450 Bushmaster we built for Cold Bore Miracle needed a little altering to the mags that we had Desert Tech Solutions do, and it feeds...

    No, we were just testing the blanks for accuracy. Other barrels in that length have been mid 2600s.

    SupressYourself, The reason that the bolts bend to the rear is so that they move with the wrist movement. Even with a bullpup there is still an upward and rearward movement to the wrist. If the bolt bent forward, it would fight your natural wrist movement.

    Lead time on that is about 6 weeks, depending on the workload my cerekote guy has. I'm working to update the site, but I'll be adding a custom barrel option that we can do any twist rate and length with some different options for contour.
