    I picked up a couple of your PLx-C Novas and wondering what barrel length and ammo (both 308 and 5.56) the BDC drops on the reticle will work OK with. There's no chart for this in the manual like you have your other reticles. Thanks!

    Picked up a new March 5-42x56 so moved the T6Xi from my 6 PPC XLR folder (which is waiting for a new 6 ARC barrel) to a gas gun and put the March on. Went to the range yesterday AM for a few minutes to test out the new scope before the crowd getting ready for the hunting season showed up...

    If you're not in a rush, keep an eye on AA Optics. They get refurbished Vortex scopes and accessories and they have the G3 6-36x at $2100 from time to time. They don't charge tax and I think shipping is free for over $250. They had some a week or two ago but sold out fast. I don't worry about...

    Yup, best to take the scope off since it's so easy to do and scopes tend to be expensive. And you'll have to rezero anyway with a different barrel even if you leave the scope on.

    I have a S3 and a Theos. The glass quality seems very similar and very close to my G3s to my eyes anyway. I like the S3 reticle more but the Theos has nicer turrets with the tool less zero stop adjustment.
