Did you only go to PT for six weeks total?
At the seventh week of my PT is when all the fun begins I'm only a week 3 1/2 and yeah it's mostly I'll range of motion and mobility.
Rig this up and loop 550 over door handle, clamp to loop hole on jeans, pull left, button with left hand, then move on....Zip and buckle left handed and move on. PS if you on OXY Colace is your friend!!!
11-27-23 Surgery, 12-2-23 to 12-12-23 "sausage fingers and crazy wrist pain". PT helped and my surgeon office let me take Ibuprofen after I called them and reported my wrist issue. still really no shoulder pain. Wrist still hurts and I can pop my wrist which they suggest from time to time...
I'm gonna look like Grizzly Adams by the time this ordeal is over with. My wife is a physical therapist, and so is about four other people I know I'm in pretty good hands there they got me doing all kinds of stuff.
Good luck Maggot it's definitely something interesting to learn how to deal with.
Day 6 after surgery. My shoulder is great virtually no pain and I'm only taking Tylenol. No pain meaning as long as I don't move in a direction I shouldn't.
Day 3 I started physical therapy my surgeon suggested I start immediately versus later, due to what he found and the repair. That all...
Full rotator cuff tear and subacromial impingement. (Right shoulder / Dominant arm)
Arthroscopic repair and subacromial decompression performed on 11-27-23.
Wasn't able to repair torn biceps as it is a 25 year old injury.
Will begin PT in two days vs the planned 6 week mark per surgeon after...
Dropped the hammer on one of these for the various applications. I currently own a REAP IR and have been looking for a 2nd unit to run with friends and flexibility on different uses.
I demo'd one last week and put in front of a Leupold CQT I've had for years and was pretty impressed with the...
Hey hey hey......if you have never removed a rail from a TRG22 be aware that they used a lot of loc tight and you may run into troubles. I ended up having to machine the bolts out of the rail that came factory installed on mine. Wasn't cool but worked out in the end.
Gonna be interesting to see how the Xero compares to this unit I bought years ago for archery. https://adventuresarchery.com/products/arrowspeed-radar-chronograph
My Mathews Z7 (old school now lol but still kills shit) runs 292 on hunting config and 302fps on target.
Pull seats and carpet, steam clean those. (power wash on low works ok with foam soap drench), Headliner is a major plus as well on steam cleaning. Don't forget the little things such as visors. Wash floorboard with Joy Lemon dish soap and scrub, dry, and repeat.
It's a little long but the surefire V92 60 round mag fits the unit well with the tripod attached. Somebody will come across a nice little pouch at some point.
