Well I had the post-op visit today. Overall pretty good news, he said he got it all out and the margins were what he wanted to see so that was a relief! I've been doing intermittent fasting for nearly a decade The past ~2 years i've cut out sugar completely, and have pretty much been doing keto When i learned about seed oils/PUFA earlier this year i have eliminated those entirely as well Hopefully it wasn't all in vain- Drago6

Went to the dermatologist last week for the first time in my life (I'm 33) They took 2 biopsies, they called today and said the one from my back was positive for melanoma.
