    If you're running the A1s, you'll want to run the redesigned mags that move the bullet tip up further so the exposed steel tip won't erode the barrel extension. Really only necessary if you run a bunch of them, though.

    Zeiss S3 or S5

    Can't say from first hand experience, but the smaller magnification range (5x vs 6x) of the S5, along with the top end being limited to 25x, should make for a more forgiving and comfortable scope. Strictly speaking in generalities. I haven't shot many matches, but I stayed under 20x on my 5-30x.

    Just make a cheap leveling fixture. A picatinny is a picatinny, so you don't need the gun, just the scope and mount(s). You can get all the parts off ebay and Amazon, including the plate and taps for the threaded holes. Level the fixture, then level the reticle using a plumb line or level...
