    I’m just getting around to ordering some cans. So I haven’t looked into anything yet. I’ve been very tempted to replace the barrel after seeing Frank’s results with the tac a1. I opted for the 20” so I should gain a ton if I go that route.

    Going to depend on stock also. My RRA X-1 5.56 and my Armalite 3gun AR10 are the same distance to the front of receiver if the RRA is fully extended and the Armalite is as short as the Luth can go.

    I ordered one of these a while back and received just what was advertised. Only downside was the sales tax and the fact that they are an older model. The actual scope box is not sealed. So apparently someone along the line is snagging a sweet scope.

    I went to Cabelas to purchase an XTR II that was on sale. I thought I would compare the glass to the VX-5HD since they had one there. The VX-5HD had a much sharper image than the XTR II. I thought the XTR II was bright and clear until I looked through the Leupold.

    I'll take a pic, my Meprolight looked fine to my eye. My buddy bought one as well and his looked the same(to both of us). I only gave $469.99. So I was wondering if they had a bad run or if they were going to discontinue or change them.

    Curious how it turns out. I bought an MRO patrol and the "red dot" is more of a fuzzy line. Not sure how they are supposed to look, but can't say that I'm impressed.

    Did a quick search and didn't find anything designed specifically for this model. AAD does one for the 5-25x56, but they don't have one listed for the TT315M. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. All I found was a universal one that looked like it would slip. Thanks

    Thanks, I somehow missed that. I probably should have piggybacked off your thread. I want one for my X-95/LE6920 and am planning on getting a 308 base gas gun as well. The OSS seems perfect for this role. I'm planning on getting a TBAC for my CTR and possibly for my X-1. Not sure which way...

    Yes, it has never actually been tightened down yet. I have it mounted in some Burris XTR Signature rings and I only have them finger tight.     I would whole heartedly agree. The only other thing I could think to make it better would make the power ring turn easier. Then I could save some weight by leaving my pipe wrench at home.
