I use these rings and pins haven’t walked. I love mine. Easier to get scopes mounted and level in my opinion. I move my scope from one gun to another and they work great

Also I don’t believe it has the open center of the 2c reticle. Just going off the pictures on midway. Looks like a good deal to me.

I’ve done a couple myself. Just get a little clearance around it and bed it in with dev con. It works great
