    Vortex PST 6-24x50 FFP. I did a tall target test and it tracked perfectly. The zero being a hair low was completely my fault though. I plan on trying to get to the next node anyway to see if I can get a little more velocity out of them. Hopefully sometime soon I'll be able to do another OCW...

    Wow, this thread blew up all of a sudden. I think I figured out my issue. I'll hopefully know after this weekend, but I think my zero was .2mils low, and my velocity was about 30 fps low. Fixing both those things would put all the data back on track. I'm hoping this weekend to stretch it way...

    Hah, the 4600 definitely doesn't hurt. The place I shoot here is down around 860'... I'm really jealous. lol What the farthest you've stretched it out, and at what size target?

    Yeah, the issue I'm running into is I'm trying not to spend a fortune, and it looks like my only options with the barrel I'm looking at are 1:9 and 1:10. Any idea on what the lightest I could go on a 1:9 would be? I'm thinking I'd be fine, since I'm really only looking to use this rig for ELR.

    Well yeah, I realize that. lol Strelok runs with physical altitude, temp, and baro pressure. And seems to do it rather well. That's why I was curious what the need for DA was. Also, I was told shooter used the same solver, etc that AB did. If that's the case, what's the difference?

    I'm in the same position currently, and I'm using Strelok via an Android phone, and it's served me very well. It uses altitude, but not DA. I see AB uses DA, and I'm thinking I read that Shooter uses DA too, but I might be wrong. Is the jump to AB or Shooter that big of a deal from Strelok...

    Best Lapua brass to turn into 6.5 Creedmoor?

    Any more info on this? I feel like 260 brass would be the easiest, and since lapua makes 260 brass, it seems like the obvious choice. I know this is an old thread, but I'm currently deciding between a 260 and a Creed... I'd really like to be able to use lapua brass.
