    I dig the design of the pic model, but I will say the Big Dog Steel spigot system is sound, no play and locks up like a vault to a total of ~4" forward of the stock. It is a pig though, but some might see that as a more stable platform through more mass in a ELR scenario.

    Your mount is on backwards in these pictures, you want the cantilever to hold the scope further forwards to increase eye relief.

    @Fenix Mike, could you possibly elaborate on this further? I've looked at NF's site and I guess this is just saying you'd rather have their ZeroStop tech (which I understand it's function) on the ATACR before you purchase, so it's somewhat of a deal breaker? Isn't their current design...

    Ditto, NX8 incoming here as well, I caved, the temptation of having a FFP proved too great as I have a JP that I plan on pushing way out so it'll no doubt help along with it's other purported strengths...
