    I keep coming back to the G19. I have a G43 that I rarely carry. It’s super comfortable but oddly doesn’t conceal much better AIWB vs my 19. I shoot the 19 so much better. Plus with 16 rounds on tap I don’t feel obligated to carry a reload. With a 43 I feel a reload is mandatory.

    @Strykervet did you ever get a chance to shoot that Grendel off a barricade before and after the receiver swap? If so, when you went with the MUR upper, did you at least notice a reduction in POA/POI offset between prone and barricade shooting?

    Vortex Razor LH 1.5-8 (2nd focal plane) It’s technically been discontinued, but can be had for less than $500 if you find one in stock somewhere. I’ve had one for over a year mounted on a 16” 5.56 AR in a Warne xskel Mount. It’s held zero. Reticle is simple with useful hold points.
