M40 measurement please
I need a measurement from the back of the stock tang inlet to the butt of the stock on top where it meets the metal butt plate please. I’m trying to determine if the stock has been shortened to accept a rubber butt pad! TIA- fe1

W e if I follow through with the assumed shorter stock I won’t be a purest.lol I’m trying to find out the stock length from the rear of the tang inlet to where the metal butt plate meets so I’ll know. I confirmed the option for a refund if needed. Always jumping hurdles ?- fe1
