    The Fix from Q

If you have feeding issues with the Fix rifle first thing to do is purchase the Lancer L7AWM 10 round magazine or the KAC if you can find them. The Lancer mags are about $43.00 but they are worth it. The Pmags simply do not work reliably and should be given to a friend who has a use for them...

    New Tikka Bolt Handle Preferences

I have the Sterk swept back bolt knob on a T3x Tac and it's available in the left hand version. Very high quality and it feels better to me than the other styles. Almost like an AI.

    AR500 target gong thickness

This is the "Hang Fast Target", short range rifle target and it works great.

    AR500 target gong thickness

Regardless of how thick the steel is your best option is to find a way to mount the target so it sits at an angle so it deflects part of the energy down into the ground verses the plate absorbing all of the bullet impact. The German's figured this out in the early 1940's with sloped armor on the...

Leica 3200.com vs Zeiss victory rf

I have the Zeiss Victory RF 10x42. The only thing I don't like about it is the ranging circle is too big. I find myself reaching for the old Vectronix Terrapin for range finding because of it's small reticle especially for long range. YMMV

    Rifle Scopes SHTF LPVO?

Had to sell my ACOG's a few years back. With no diopter adjustment they don't work for us older eyes. ACOG's are made for young men who like to break things. A low power optic gives you more options with variable power. Now using a Kahles k16i 1-6x24 and the glass is out of this world.

I have done the same, Vortex. Leupold, and NF. Other than the wait time for popular items all of them were great.

I never add it up. To do so takes away from the fun in putting it together. What better way to spend your money making tools for liberty.

Gunsmithing AI to AR grip with Competition trigger

For anyone installing the GTAC engineering grip conversion with a competition trigger you may, or may not run into a tolerance stacking issue that's not difficult to fix. The rail that the comp trigger shoe slides on is a little longer than the AI factory trigger rail. Check the clearance at the...

For you guys who are installing the GTAC engineering grip conversion and are using a comp trigger you may run into an issue that's not difficult to fix. The rail that the trigger shoe slides on is a little longer than the AI factory trigger rail. The comp trigger would not release the firing pin...

Group Buys Aftermarket AI "Obsession" Chassis - Group Buy

Have everything installed now with the GTAC engineering AI to AR grip conversion. For those of us who don't care for the AI grip, it make the rifle what is should have been a long time ago. It's a great upgrade to the rifle along with the AO chassis.
