    Well I snagged a few boxes. Some of the brass is dirty lookin though, atleast compared to the Hornady i've been shootin. Maybe from people handling them, IDK. We'll see what happens I guess.

    Thanks MLC, I've been running Hornady 178 BTHP superformance and groups have been consistent, and right around 1/2"....just saw the opportunity for a different bullet at a reasonable price.

    So I came across SEVERAL boxes of these at roughly $18 a piece...so just wondering if any of you guys had any luck with these before I snag all this guy has. They're for a TRG 22, 20" barrel....i'm pretty sure it's a 1-11 barrel, it's the newer 2013 model, none the less.

    I just had a pretty in depth chat with Jered down at APA a week or so ago about a shorty 338lm build and THAT GUY KNOWS HIS S..T on 338's....try giving him a call, very sharp guy. I think you'd be surprised at usable lengths.

    I've owned and used only surefire. So far so good. It was on a fairly light Rem700 300wm and did well enough i've got one coming for a new TRG I just picked up in 308. I would role with what KYS said. Find what can you want, and order both....:)

    Good deal. I figure if you can get a factory part free, which i'm guessing you are, versus paying even 1 buck for a hardware Store part, it's worth it. And Berreta USA seem to be good people.
