Frank, have I found a movie for you...

"The Man Who Killed Hitler and then The Bigfoot" I have no clue how this is a movie. It appears to be real.

    MDT Oryx Chassis

@MDT_Josh are the cheek piece and recoil pad the same ones as on the skeleton stock? Same adjustability?

    Ruger Precision Rifle Discussion

It looks like you can use an MDT Skeleton Rifle Stock v5 on a short action RPR, with a caveat. This did require some simple modification to the bolt. Duplicate this at your own risk! We know that the RPR bolt extends into the buffer tube. While the MDT stock does have a mini buffer tube...

    Thumb operated receiver

I could see this possibly being helpful for people with arthritis. I know a guy with arthritis in his trigger finger. It makes it painful to actuate a trigger repeatedly. His other fingers, including his thumb, are fine.

    Project: Inexpensive Rifle Accelerometer

@ammolytics any plans to have several people shoot one rifle? I'm curious if the numbers might be able to quantify differences in recoil management techniques. I think this thread has managed to identify who are the geeks on this site. ;)

Hornady 140 ELD-M and Hornady American Gunner have worked well for me, though I haven't been able to push out too far with them yet. AG is of course not as good as ELD-M but is cheaper. They're also both readily available at Sportsman's Warehouse.

    Ruger Precision Rifle Discussion

Fellow RPR shooters, I want to start a movement. For far too long the RPR has been looked at as lesser than other rifles. Inferior to rifles with names like Vector, Deviant, Spectre, and Scalpel. While those rifles have cool names, our’s has a name that is just a description of what it is...

MDT Black Friday Sale is Live!

Got my metal mags a couple days ago, several weeks ahead of the expected delivery date. I feel just saying they're well constructed and well finished is an understatement. I'm pretty sure I could run them over with my truck and not do damage to them. Definitely happy with them so far.

    MDT Oryx Chassis

It looks like the oryx is primarily a single aluminum block along it's entire length. My lack of experience with different chassis is probably showing here but in what way would it flex with that type of metal structure? (I.e. longitudinal, torsional, etc)
