    Yes, the first groups in the seating depth test for both bullets were using the same CBTO as the OCW powder tests.

I just didn't list it, as not everyone uses the Hornady or does CBTO at all - so it didn't seem like a valid yardstick for everyone in this discussion unless everyone uses the same CBTO gauge.     Those are some great numbers, but how does it shoot? I've had some loads that shoot 1 hole groups with 20+ SDs and others that looked like a shotgun 00 pattern with single digit SD's. Also with a Labradar. So I'm not 100% convinced that low SD's are the end-all, be-all of load dev.

    I used a .223 Mk12 mod 0 clone. The few guys who brought bolt rifles were at a distinct disadvantage. And the couple of large frame AR-10 shooters struggled as well. So I think a .223 rifle is the way to go as long as you can make consistent 1 MOA hits out to 400 with it.
