    What Gunner75 said is absolutely correct, I couldn't have said it better myself. If you want to learn, you'll need to start sending rounds downrange sometime and these are pretty good matches to do it at. You won't be the only beginner here.

    I see, I suppose if you used light walled-large diameter pipe for the runners to get enough buoyancy it might work. It's just a simple drag line system.

    I use three of these at our matches at Spearpoint. They are "sleds" made out of pvc with uprights for firring strips to hold cardboard targets.
