    Need a buffer system for suppressed 11.5 SBR

    If your gun is truly over gassed I look into getting a new barrel from a manufacturer that actually measures gas port size. Adjustable gas blocks are problematic and are generally not as durable. Going with a heavier buffer or an A5 system is your best option if you don’t want to buy a new barrel.

    What’s in there? I’ve honestly never messed with a 6.8 gun. I’d say if you’re using a Noveske barrel I’d call them and see what they recommend.

    Make sure it’s well lubed first. Miss aligned gas block is the next place I would look. Then proper buffer and buffer spring.

    There are a few other companies that make keymo mounts. I’d go look at them if you’re not happy with what Deadair offers. If and I mean big if you decided to modify one you’re going to want to have someone with a lathe bore it out and then threaded it.

    Suppressor muzzle device. Torque?

    Call the manufacturer and get there instruction for installation. Everyone seems to have different instruction but that’s why I do if I don’t know how they want I done. Also check it after use to make sure it hasn’t come lose.
