    Been coating the entire bolt for over 6 years and yet to have a HS issue. Tape off the lugs if it gives you that warm and fuzzy. I always feel its best to ask those types of questions BEFORE the work is done. Primer craters with a factory 700 bolt are standard issue, nothing unusual there.

    Action screw spacing is the same, the only thing thats gona fit cosmetically is a 700. Everything else will be slightly different ejection port, bolt handle, side bolt stop, but just about every round long action will fit with minor In letting

    Little more expensive but its one stop shop. Probably gona cost you around $100 just to send your stock out to be inlet. IMO yes, CDI is much better quality. Much much better anodizing and machining, WAY better customer service.

    Id look at CDI. They can inlet the stock, might still inlet for free when you purchase DBM from them. You may need to put a dimple in the feed ramp. Id check with CDI, they could probably do that also
