Doesn't the Sako M10 do this? Or at least the magwell is a standard size and the magazines have spacers in the back behind the case head to accommodate different length cartridges.
To standardize on a system like that, youd need different length bolt stops so you don't have a long action magnum...
Atlas needs to redesign their CAL cant pivot, it sucks. I'd like to try a tbac, but I'm
That was the reason I sold my CAL. The canting function sucked. It will be nice to try the tbac when I get some money together.
The only barrels that stayed accurate for me after they got hot have been customs.
Maybe I was unlucky. My last and only 700 factory barrel was from around 2009.
Still no word on price. I'm optimistic about it. It looks like the only inlet change needed vs a standard 700 is the magwell opening.
I think as long as the price is reasonable, theyve got a winner. It couldn't be worse than that piece of crap Daniel Defense bolt gun.
Anything can happen.
Get yourself a decent rifle, good training and practice. What else is there to it? Don't get a suppressor if you can't afford to buy practice ammo. Don't waste one second to put on ear pro if your children's rooms are closer to whoever is breaking in than you are.
We'll see how it performs. I've never used that type of extractor, but the ejection angle on the m16 type can be a little high and hit the scope. The lug mounted extractor will eject with less of an angle, and if it works well, I think it's a good thing.
It would be interesting to compare the PVA to my Hawkins brake. The Hawkins doesn't have angled ports like the PVA. I have an original area 419 and the back blast on that is vicious compared to the Hawkins.
During the initial covid panic I was chasing people into their homes to stop them from spreading the disease while working for my local government. Yeah I thought it was pretty crazy we were empowered to do that.
I can come up with lots of semi relevant examples like many others in this thread...
Almost every news article you read will be biased and misinformed. When was the last time an enemy country successfully invaded ours? Pearl harbor. No wars fought on US soil since the 1800s.
These days most people are perfectly happy talking shit to each other about things they know nothing...
