    Rifle Scopes Steiner M7Xi 4-28x56

Glad you bought both. How does the glass on the razor compare to the Steiner up to 18x?

Very little windage adjustment (6MIL) in Steiner M7Xi and a lot in Nightforce (24MIL)

I've had my Steiner on a couple rifles and have never had less than the plus or minus six mils between stops after zeroing. It's nothing to worry about.

Suggestions on a smith to true an action

It might not make enough difference for your average tactical shooter to be able to tell. But like @AccuSol-ERN said, a smith won't want to risk his repution by putting a barrel on a messed up action. I'd skip the Remington altogether. Save up for a custom action and be happy.

Suggestions on a smith to true an action

Every smith I've talked to has said they won't rebarrel a 700 unless they true the action as well.

Suggestions on a smith to true an action

Alex Wheeler is the best I've used. I sent him a 700 and I haven't found a slicker feeling action since.

Confused on how to have two zeroes for two different loads.

Rezero your scope 2 - 2 1/4 MOA for the lighter loads. Try and get a scope without BDC that has reticle and turrets that use the same adjustment type. mil/mil, or MOA/MOA. It will make your life a lot easier.

Cadex Strike Pro chassis is finally here...

The Bix and Andy Tacsport Pro has the trigger shoe positioned pretty far back if that helps.

    Colt bolt action rifle

I'd go with a Kelbly black bear tactical. Flat bottom, but with a 90 degree throw.

On Barrel Cleaning with Erik Cortina - ROFLMAO!

What's wrong with Alex Wheeler? He did some amazing things with my 700. I've never heard him speak other than over the phone and on the videos on his site.

    6.5cm or 6GT for noob

If money is no concern to you, get the GT. It's better for competition, but will go through barrels faster. That's all it would come down to if I was debating the same thing. Also, why buy a Ruger when you can afford a GAP? That's another reason to go with the GT.

PRS Talk Cross Eye Dominance Fiasco

I used to practice left hand shooting, with both eyes open and using the left eye as the dominant eye too. I had a similar experience. Maybe i could have mastered switching eyes without issue, but I didn't put the time in to practice long enough. Iirc, Rob Leatham said he can do it. Don't quote...

Are no dial stages still a thing?

I remember that too, however I still secretly dialed for wind. I did it because I sucked and thought it was easier. Now I know I was ahead of my time.

Are no dial stages still a thing?

Thanks for the replies. This helps with my reticle choice. I've been looking at the MPCT2X, MPCT3X, AND GR2ID. As an aside, I'm a little disappointed they removed milling stages. I always enjoyed those.

PRS Talk Cross Eye Dominance Fiasco

I think eye dominance is a learned behavior. Keep practicing with both eyes open until you're right eye dominant. I did it and it worked. When I was a kid I used to hold up a pen in class and aim down it with my eyes kind of like a gun to work on my eye dominance.

Are no dial stages still a thing?

I've been out of the comp scene for a while. Are no dial stages still prevalent? I'm debating on reticles for a new scope.
