Precision stock upgrade for Ruger American

I prefer the XRS over the Bravo. I'm nit picking, they are both really good. XRS just feels a bit better to me.

I have never used or even seen one of these chassis, but they are under your budget. https://www.opticsplanet.com/trybe-defense-rifle-chassis-system.html

Suppressor Barrel Alignment, how concentric does it need to be?

I learned this the hard way with my first can. I forgot to remove the washer behind the a2 flash hider. 30 cal can on 5.56 and I still got a baffle strike.

Suppressor Barrel Alignment, how concentric does it need to be?

I have one can that looks like your picture. The rest are basically centered up. It's a .30 cal can and accuracy does suffer when shooting anything .30 cal, .264 and .223 shoot fine. It turned my .75" groups into 1.5" shooting my 308 bolt gun.

First Crossover Rifle (Higher end B14-HMR VS Tikka)

Yes, the stock is the only difference. Bravo is better IMO, UPR will be lighter though. The SWFA 3-15 is on sale FYI. https://www.swfa.com/swfa-3-15x42-ss-30mm-riflescope-107011.html. Best scope you can get for sub $500 that actually tracks reliably IMO.

    lite bipods

Yes, the nut on the bottom will adjust tension. It adjusts the pan and the can't simultaneously. You can get the pan pretty stiff and still be able to cant easily.

    lite bipods

Its stiff enough that it stays where want it. But you can still move it. I do prefer bipods that don't pan and have the ability to lock the cant. That being said I still like the MTNGear bipod. For being so lite I'm willing to compromise some features.

    lite bipods

I like it. I can shoot the same size groups with the Backcountry or my Atlas Cal. It's so lite you don't even notice it.
