    2586 with 185 jugs from a 17" seems pretty good. For what it's worth, I'm getting 2510 out of a 16.5" barrel w/ 175SMK, 44.2 Varget, Lapua brass, 1500DA, 70*F.

    This is what mine did, after I first did a factory reset, and also updated the IOS app to the latest version. It's working great now. Playing around with it for a couple days, it makes me wonder how I ever survived without a kestrel. :) The WeatherFlow+iPhone combo pales in comparison...

    Update...I was able to push the firmware update via the Kestrel Link iOS app. I'm not sure why it was failing at first. I did a factory reset and it worked after that. I still can't connect via Bushnell Ballistics app though. It just sits on the "Scanning for Devices" screen.

    It's 223/556 so subsonic isn't at play, but the different ammo / dirty argument applies.
