    Got out to test the promising reloder 17 loads today. Both the 143 and 147's shot great, especially considering the cobble of old 2x6's and cinder blocks we were using as a bench. The bolt is still sticky, moreso with the 143's. I'm hoping that will improve with time and more rounds. Still...

    Its a great optic. I haven't been able to test tracking yet, but the CCH reticle, the glass, and the turrets are really nice. I think Leupold really took the feedback they got on the Mark 6 and fixed some issues. I'll let you know more when I go to the range Friday.

    Well I got the scope mounted and made it out to shoot a couple ladder loads. I went with the Mark 5hd 3.6-18x44 that I think fits this gun well. Shooting the Fix from the bench with Mac loads definitely reminds you how narrow the butt pad is, but it's not unbearable. The trigger is incredible...
