    As long as it feeds 100%, I wouldn't mess with it. I didn't used any KAC mags (just pmags) but wrapping a ranger band around the mag and pushing it up into the magwell really seemed to help with the excess movement but was never able to get the rifle to feed 100%.

    Two questions here: 1) Does anyone happen to know the thread pitch/screw size for the 2 screws in the cheek riser? 2) What is the consensus on using direct thread cans with standard thread .308 thread pitch (5/8-24)? Any quality adapters out there or is it best to just get the barrel re-threaded?

    I think those Spuhr mounts are probably worth the little extra weight. This is the clearance with the 1.4" badger mount and same NF scope/scope caps (mine are actually the "multiflex" but pretty close)... its pretty close but i wouldn't consider it too close for comfort

    @kpaschall2002 Did you put your muzzle device on without using a taper adapter or an I seeing that wrong? If so, I assume everything is working fine?
