    Gunsmithing Mausingfield Proof Research question

No problem, I definitely appreciate the info! I went ahead and reached out to Proof. I have to commend them on their customer service, I had a response in less than a half hour! Looks like I'm in business as the 300wm is small shank! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Gunsmithing Mausingfield Proof Research question

I'm trying to put a 24in 300WM barrel on it. Completely new to Savage barrels and Proof barrels. I believe that the 300WM Savage pre-fit from Proof is a small shank.

    Gunsmithing Mausingfield Proof Research question

Just bought a Mausingfield LA, and I believe that its a later serial number. Can I put a Savage pre-fit Proof on it? Maybe I'm not checking the right resources, but I can't seem to find definitive confirmation on this. Figured this was probably the best place to ask. Thanks!

    USMC Rifle (Sniper’s) Caliber .30 M1903(A1), W/Telescope, Sighting, Unertl 8X

That's absolutely beautiful, man. I've always lusted after vintage sniper rifles, and that one would be top of the list.

    Help With Spotting Rig, LRF...ConX?

You could constantly update that atmospheric data in the app, but more than likely you'll be doing that from a Kestrel anyways. So now you're running three devices rather than two. I guess it's just my opinion, and if the app is working for you then absolutely roll with it.

    Help With Spotting Rig, LRF...ConX?

It's very accurate at the distances that you manually input under the single set of atmospheric conditions that data was calculated at.

The ballistic computing function is EXTREMELY basic.

    Rifle Scopes US Optics B-17

I'd put it off of initial impressions as just as clear as offerings from Nightforce and S&B. My time with it was limited, but I was thoroughly impressed.

    Rifle Scopes US Optics B-17

It belongs to l1qu1dthunkz I got a chance to handle it at his place the other night. Glass quality was superb! I'm in love with the dials...the clicks feel amazing, and I love having the fatter, shorter elevation dial. It had a GAP reticle in it, which isn't bad honestly, but I still think I'm...

I'm in a little tiny town called Hobgood, about 2 hours from Fuquay. Are you currently living in NC? There's a nice range run by an old B4 called Frontline Defense in Warrenton, probably about an hour or an hour and a half from Fuquay. They've got out to 1k and run matches about once a month.

    Statement that's circulating

Trump = Hillary. Neither one truly has our best interests in mind, in my opinion. They just pander to different demographics for poll numbers.

l1qu1dthunkz Looking forward to playing with it tonight...I have to see it for myself, since I don't trust your judgement. Is the GAP reticle really that bad?
