    Mounts for Ruger Precision Rifle

    I have a Spuhr mounted Razor on my AI because it’s an AI and I went all in. Yes it is awesome. On my RPR I used a Larue OBR Mount and a Gen 2 PST. I think the component quality on the respective guns is in line and consistent. I prefer mounts to rings on everything except lightweight hunting rifles.

    If I go from a 20 moa mount to 0 moa mount on the same rifle, what adjustment to my elevation will be necessary to have the same POI assuming same distance (100y zero), ammo, conditions, etc? Scope is VXIII with target turrets .25 moa clicks iirc. For full credit please show your work.

    Yeah, I did the same thing essentially. I just closed my vise to withing an 1/8" or so the firing pin would fit between but the shoulder further back would not. I then used the bolt handle topush down on to compress the spring while I got the tool back in place without drawing blood.

    223 version of the RPR

    ANyone else have issues seating factory mags in their 223 RPR? I only have about 100 rounds thru mine so it and the mags are still new but I have having to slap the bases to get the mag to catch. I certainly cannot do it without picking my rifle up from horizontal to vertical. Suggestions?
