    It's a personal thing..... look through both, and if possible shoot with both before you buy. I have two F1 ATACR's (5-25 and 7-35) and an older NXS and am very happy with them. I also have a MK5 5-25X56... I like it too. I had a chance to shoot an NX8 4-32 at a local range.... I did not care...

    Look at Stiener Military-Marine 8X30. You can generally find them for under $300. They are set up with the Stiener "Sport Focus".... focus once for your eyes and forget it. Glass is very good for the price point. Light weight and comfortable to use for hours at a time.

    Criterion customer service

    I am on my 7th CBI barrel. 3 are Remage configuration and 4 are Savage small shank configurations. Chambered in a mix of 6.5CM, .308 and 300WM. All are sub MOA Shooters and I can't shoot up to the quality of the last 6.5CM or .308 without a sled. 😀

    I agree. AMP even includes a statement with their annealer recommending a reset of your sizing die because spring back will be reduced/eliminated if you anneal before each loading.

    Rails for LMSS?

    My LMSS2.... the top rail came with the scope - the two side rails came from Derek (derek1ee). I did not really "need" both side rails but the scope seemed imbalanced without the second rail.... I blame it on OCD 😀. The rails have been finished in Graphite Black type C Cerakote.
