    I know i'm beating this to death..But do you think the 3rd generation bipod from Sinclair would be a lot more stable than the other's...I know I need to shoot more often.. Might use a sleeping bag for this winter..lol

    Basicshootingis only 300 to 500 yard bullseye targets..Just put my weaver t36 on it today.I am using their tactical bipod right now. Didn't really like the Harris models....

    I have tried different bipods and can not keep them steady no matter what it do.. I suppose a lot has to do with the ground condition at different ranges. I know the Sinclairs are a bit pricey but if it will help improve my scores maybe worth it..I have already spent that on all the other...

    My plan is to practice all winter if it's not to cold..Hope to have it mastered by spring first match..I shoot at a slight angle and it seems to be working good so far.And that's the way uncle sam taught me so it has to be the correct way...lol

    Need advice on cheek piece..

    Today I found the reason for my occasional fliers..It was the straps that hold my cheek piece on dragging on the rear bag.So I am looking for advice on something better..I thought athought about just cutting the straps off and using double tape to hold it on..Might still try that for now...

    I think I have the problem solved by shooting like uncle sam taught me to do instead of trying to be straight behind the rifle..be more at a angle and it seems to work a lot better..so the old ways do work better..
