    I've done quite a few RNGs now: 4x Oklahoma 15 milers 2x Oklahoma "10"ks 3x Rockcastle 10ks 1x RBGC 5k 1x Carolina 8k I'll echo the other recommendations here: trail shoes, 0.5l max of water, 2x ammo. My typical run weight is 18-22 lbs depending on round count. I don't recommend chest rigs...

    That's where I am as well. The Vox, Nomad, and Explorr are all very close in price and functionality. Vox is unobtabium though, so really it's down to Nomad vs Explorr. The Explorr is a bit lighter and comes with a mount, but you're locked into the Griffin system. No idea how it performs...

    I also wish NF would be less stingy with Mil reticles on the SHV line. I'm also looking for a decent Mil/Mil option for a 452. Do you have any bolt clearance issues with the 3-15? Or are you running tall rings with some kind of cheek riser?
