    We had him up here in Minnesota last September for this course. Highly recommended for the great shooting instruction and the hilarious stories from Frank are the icing on the cake. You guys will love it.

    good to know. I'm sitting on a bunch of H4831sc that I've been shooting in my .260s but I'll have to pickup some R16 next time I see it and give it a whirl. I'm in Minnesota and frequently shoot when it's 10 degrees outside, or when it's 95, so it's important to me to have a temp stable powder...

    yes, temp sensitivity. Maybe I have the two powders switched around. I thought 17 was 'newer' and supposed to be less temp sensitive?

    Before knowing this, I had submitted a request to my Congressman to look into how long it was taking. I received word today that I was approved for my Spectre II. 365 days. Hopefully stamp and can in hand soon. I guess I got lucky.
