    Rifle Scopes Spuhr vs, ARC

The advantage of the Spuhr mount is that it is machined out one single piece of aluminum instead of three pieces to make the mount and ring caps. That way everything lines up perfectly. I have a Spuhr 4006 on my R700 but, it makes my scope sit too high. I am probably going to look for someone...

    LWRCi REPR...first shots

Besides the weight, one of the biggest drawbacks of the LWRCi rifle is that it is so proprietery. You can't use an upper from another company on an LWRCi lower.

    LWRCi REPR...first shots

About a year ago I picked up an LWRC REPR from a friend but, it just sat in the safe waiting on glass. I eventually found a Bushnell XRSii 4.5-30 to sit on top of it. I finally got it all together and met a retired army guy with a 300 and 600 (over water) yard private range. Once I got the...

From reading some of his replies to other members, I assume that’s what got him shit canned.

Rifle Scopes Scar 17 500yd optic

Bought a Bushnell Elite Tectical SMRS 1-8.5x28 today from CameralandNY. Spoke with a guy named Neil via phone and he was very helpful. I later spoke with someone I assume is the owner who was also very knowledgable. Glad I heard about them here and can't wait to get the scope in and mounted on...

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

Not trying to be a tool here but, you have hi-jacked this thread into a discussion about figment of your scope when you have been repeatedly informed that there is an entire thread dedicated to your exact concern. The thread title states, “Trijicon.......” not will, “X scope fit my X rifle...”

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

I have no idea. Like I suggested earlier, find the thread with the ring height calculator and use it. I know it’s scary dealing with this and trying to make decisions with little info considering the amount of money that can be spent on these things.

Have a gunsmith remove the rear sight or get a better rifle

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

I don’t think you’re going to be comfortable shooting that rifle honestly. My opinion without being able to measure with anything other than your picture and my calibrated eyeball is that your rings are going to have to be so high that you won’t have a cheek weld without bending your neck way...

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

The base angle isn’t so much what will determine your scope clearance. Base angle is more for ability to shoot at longer distance as it pitches the muzzle up allowing you to use more of the elevation adjustment in your scope. Ring height is where you will get the majority of your clearance. If...

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

No idea personally. This is my first foray into the world of scopes and I am pretty pleased with my choice. For me the Trijicon reticle is awesome and seems to take a lot of the guess work out of the “hold over” equation. Not knocking the Steiner, I just have no experience with scopes at all to...

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

I am thinking seriously of buying a second one to replace the Vortex 4-16 on my LWRC 308. If I go that route, I am debating wether to get a 10 moa mount or stay with a 0 moa mount. I am not sure if the 18” barrel on the Ar-10 is going to have the legs to need a 20 moa.
