    Sizing with type s bushing die

    Im no expert by any means, but will confirm the above post. I run the redding type S bushing die without the expander present. Then follow up with the Sinclair expander mandrel for 6.5 and it works great. Mainly run Hornady and Starline brass, and both get good results with this method.

    Agree with what Ankeny said. His timing is correct. a handle pull about every 10 seconds or so is very doable with the 550. I personally don't load that much as I don't have a ton of loaded primer tubes ready to roll, so only reload in batches of 200. But that only takes about 30 mins to get...

    I have both a T7 and a 550C. My 550C stays setup for small primers for 9mm and 223. For large rifle primer calibers, they stay on the T7. I like to keep it slow and batch reload for 6.5 and 308. Not that I don't think the 550C can reload accurately for precision, but I like to take it slower...
