    Yes, it is legal to ship firearms directly to the consumer if their state allows it. We are able to ship silencers directly to Virginia residents since silencers aren't regulated here. We do, ship signature required. There is an ATF process that needs to be followed...

    TBAC is the gold standard for sure. The new Energetic Lux is showing promising results in our testing (sound, POI shift and on/off/on repeatability).

    The SOT is not required for transfer to you, it is only used for FFL-FFL transfers without paying the NFA tax. As long as your dealer maintains his FFL, there should not be any issues.
