    Yeah for the money the TAC is better, twonstage adjustable trigger, more adjustable chassis. If you’re not going g to build upon it, it comes down to whether you prefer a chassis or tradition stock

    Completely different, the CTR uses a 10 shot mag very similar to the TRG. The Tactical uses a single stack mag. The Tactical is also phosphate finished where the CTR is blues or stainless

    depends on how the rules are written. the 223 is 224 (.22 cal) bullet. If your range/match rules state 223 Remington or 5.56 then no you cant use the 224 Valkrye.     The sale on the AXMC is just north of your budget, the only other option as you mention long and short caliber is the DT. I think it would be perfect for what you're looking for.
