    ATACR is always going to have magnification at 1x. It's not true unity if you want your higher mag to be decent.

    Really, I'm just salty about paying $6500 for the privilege of beta testing Safran's kit, at this point. On minute one of ownership, it was clear the item had issues. That was half a year ago. As much as I hate China, at least they know how to make quality thermal.

    So far this works fine for me daytime, low light, no light. In my area, shots past 200 are rare. It's my do-all.
