    I'm getting one, but I don't reload, so my groups will not be showcasing the quality of the barrel. The price is right on these barrels and if the quality is anything like their bolt action barrels, these should be pretty good.

    I reported back to him, not sure what he did. The gun was never taken out of the stock, so if it was not seated right, it would have come from the factory that way.

    I have been in touch with a Legacy sports rep. In May he told me he expects the new 300 bo rifles and barreled actions to arrive state side later this year or early next year. Keep your eyes open. There is one site that claims to have them, but its a scam site. howaguns.com stay away!

    In my reading on this topic, seems like the R700 doesn't feed/extract 300 BO well. If you got yours working, that is great. I can wait for the Howa Mini, have other gun related purchases anyway. But, hope Tikka wakes up and builds a 300 bo.
