    Pre soak before SS tumble???

This is almost 1.5 hours of tumbling inside my frankford arsenal tumbler. It was almost chock full.. Some primer pockets show slight traces of carbon because of lack of space to get around really good. It can be done... must be something you're doing as far as your cleaning agent mix goes...

    260 rem VS 6.5 creed

They're 99.99% identical. 6.5cm is just hornadys flavor of the 260 Remington and what Remington did to the 6.5-08 A square

    Random color change from annealing?

Could be surface chemicals with the temp of the flame on brass. Best answer I could find on google. Dont think cases are ruined. Only way to know is a crush test

    Neck turning finally done

Talk to K&M they sell custom ground mandrels. You can ask them for their advice; you do NOT have to get oversized mandrels it's just a suggestion. Just like using a bushing die bs a neck/body die You can measure out the diameter of your current ones also. You just want to be a thousandth...

    Neck turning finally done

Just outside neck turn. For us Mag feeding type shooters, it's important you get the oversized mandrel to ensure everything is pushed out. my Recommendation: -deprime and clean cases -anneal -full length size with a non bushing die and use an expander ball -get an oversized mandrel for your...

    Neck turning finally done

I have to. 10+ firings on this 260 brass, 3 different chambers. And now this third third one is a tight neck chamber and my loaded round diameter was my fired round diameter. Plus i I was getting bad donuts. Now that I "have to" might as well make them perfect

Can Precision loading with Dillon 650 be done?

Precision loading can be done on a progressive you just need to ensure you're reducing as much tolerances as possible. And I'm not talking about die settings necessarily. Making sure powder charges are accurate is a big one. Several mods exist and ways for Dillon loaders to do that as far as...

    Annealling?

It's bad correlation to refer annealing to increasing accuracy. Is more of allowing better consistent case to case which leads to accuracy. You anneal so you reverse the effects of work hardening the case. By doing that it becomes softer, more malleable and after sizing, less springback...
